she indicated that people thought I was unapproacable because of my
appearance.
Meaning because I had the big built frame, shaved head and goatee, I
looked threatening.
I told her that this is me, plenty of people find my approachable and
I refuse to turn into a passive
girly man to appease people who probably have their own issues!

problem is she wouldnt elaborate. And I told her nobody else had a
problem approaching me in any other department until I got there. All
